The touch

The touch of an instrument is in a huge way responsible for the pleasure the pianist gets from his piano.
The music that is being played needs to sound the way the pianist wants it to sound.
When the regulation of the action is not finished rightly, the best quality instrument will be a disappointment to the player and a disappointment to listen to.
